Cancellation Policy

Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, we require notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If we don’t receive at least 24 hours notice, the full service fee will be applied. Gift certificates, series, and membership prepaids may be used for a cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Gift certificates may also be forfeited for no shows.

Finnish Sauna Cancellation Policy

Unless there is an emergency, we require 4 hours notice of cancellation. If a 4 hour notice is not given, Bergamot Massage Therapy & Bodywork, LLC reserves the right to issue a half charge of the Finnish Sauna booked as a late cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours on the day of your scheduled appointment or you do not show, the full-service fee will be applied.
